Luke Thompson founded Signal Advisory in January 2025 after a successful career working at the highest levels of strategic communications consultancy.
He established Signal as a highly-specialised advisory practice supporting private clients, high-profile individuals and organisations that require high-level, long-term reputation management support, particularly during critical moments, periods of intense scrutiny and times of crisis.
Over the course of his career, Luke has worked across political consultancy, corporate crisis management and digital communications. He has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile reputational issues in the UK, helping individuals and organisations manage risk, respond to scrutiny and protect long-term credibility. Prior to founding Signal Advisory, Luke spent four years leading a private client team at a global communications consultancy in London.
